Outline Social ("we", "us") is a social media agency based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. This policy explains what personal information we collect through outlinesocial.ca and when you contact us, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a discovery call or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and schedule and hold the call you booked.
• To prepare a proposal or audit if you ask us to.
• To keep the website secure and running.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar) for email and call booking.
• Vercel for website hosting.

These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. If we do not end up working together, we delete your contact details on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
